Tottenham Hotspur left-back Destiny Udogie has revealed that. The mentality of fellow Tottenham Hotspur forward Guillermo Vicario is still in good spirits. Despite undergoing surgery which will keep him out of the team until the new calendar year.

Vicario suffered an ankle injury in a clash with Savinho in the first half of the 4-0 win over Manchester City at the weekend. Which lasted almost an hour. UFABET

It turned out that it was not a good thing in the long run. Requiring surgery on a fractured right ankle, which will keep him sidelined until at least 2025. Prompting head coach Ange Postecoglou to call on the management to find reinforcements as the only senior player left is Fraser Forster.

As fellow Italians, Udogie is especially concerned about this senior. But from what we’ve talked about on the phone. He’s still in good spirits.

“We will definitely miss him because in the squad. ‘Vic’ is a great leader, a great player. I will miss him no matter what.” he said at the press conference before the Europa League match against Roma (November 28).

“He was unlucky to break his ankle during the game. But he still fought hard. It shows the kind of personality he has.”

“I talked to him the other day and asked about his well-being. He also told me about the surgery process. I’ll probably be gone for a while. We’ll wait for him to come back.”

Guillermo’s absence has seen Spurs linked with free agent goalkeepers Loris Karius, Keylor Navas, Edgar Badia and Thomas Kubek. Who could all be invited to test their skills. But registration for the competition won’t be until 2025.
